There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Berkowitz and Kott: Page 2, line 7: Delete "Bush's decision in taking military action against the regime of Saddam Hussein in Iraq" Insert "Bush as this nation is engaged in combat" Page 2, line 12, following "to": Insert "the Honorable Tony Blair, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom;" Page 2, line 16, following ";": Insert "the Honorable Nancy Pelosi, Minority Leader of the U.S. House of Representatives;" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
